Industrial Commission Posts Draft PTSD Legislation

The Idaho Industrial Commission posted to its website a pair of draft bills that would authorize coverage of post-traumatic stress disorder for first responders, as well as an analysis finding that the fiscal impact of one of the proposals would be “small.” The commission posted what are described as a Draft 1 and a Draft 3 of the proposed PTSD coverage bills.
