State Comp Court Lacked Jurisdiction Over Out-of-State Employer of Injured Resident

The Nebraska Supreme Court last week ruled that the state Workers’ Compensation Court lacked jurisdiction over a claim by a Nebraska resident who suffered injuries while working out of state for an out-of-state employer.
