LWC Sets Maximum, Minimum Weekly Rates for 2014

The Louisiana Workforce Commission set the maximum weekly compensation rate at $619 and the minimum weekly compensation rate at $165 for the upcoming year, according to a notice in the August edition of the Louisiana State Register. The benefits rates will take effect on Sept. 1 and will remain effective until Aug. 31, 2014.
