The Tennessee Court of Workers’ Compensation Claims will offer training on use of the court’s electronic case management system at three locations in December, the court said on its From the Bench blog.
Court Clerk Penny Shrum will train lawyers, paralegals and legal assistants on how to upload documents to TNComp, which the Tennessee Bureau of Workers’ Compensation launched early this year. The system allows litigants to file documents electronically and view documents related to a case online.
Shrum will offer instruction at the Workers’ Compensation Court courtroom from 8:30-9:30 a.m. in Jackson and 1:30-2:30 p.m. in Memphis on Dec. 5; and from 1:30-2:30 p.m. Dec. 12 in Nashville.
