Atlas General Insurance Services Names EVP of Comp Underwriting

California-based national carrier Atlas General Insurance Services named Mark Williams the executive vice president of underwriting for its workers' compensation division. In his new role, Williams will be responsible for increasing written premium throughout the country while also assisting in managing underwriting personnel in the comp division. Williams, who joined Atlas in September 2009, has more than 10 years of experience in workers' compensation insurance distribution, the carrier said.
