California Workers' Compensation Appeals Board and Division of Workers' Compensation offices will close on Friday – and continue closing every first and third Friday of the month – until state lawmakers and the governor reach a budget deal.DWC officials confirmed Tuesday that the division is subject to an executive order issued by Gov.
