A Forest Hills physician who completed two years of probation and paid a $5,000 fine over misconduct allegations has been reinstated to treat injured workers, according to the state Workers’ Compensation Board.
Dr. Mehran Manouel’s suspension was rescinded effective Wednesday, and the WCB’s Medical Director’s Office restored him to the list of providers authorized to treat injured workers, according to board Chairwoman Clarissa M. Rodriguez in Subject No. 046-995.
