DWC Sets Tax and Surcharges for 2018

The Missouri Division of Workers’ Compensation is reminding insurers, self-insured employers, group trusts, and third-party administrators of the administrative tax and administrative and Second Injury Fund surcharges for 2018. The workers’ compensation administrative tax and administrative surcharge each will be 1%, while the Second Injury Fund surcharge and Second Injury Fund supplemental surcharge each will be 3%.
