The Minnesota Office of Administrative Hearings intends to adopt rules under the expedited rule-making process regarding workers’ compensation intervention practices. The proposed rules would apply to situations in which other parties have reached an agreement to settle a claim but have been unable to reach agreement with an intervenor or obtain the intervenor's signature on the stipulation.
