Lawmaker Plans To End Travis DA's Fraud-Fighting Deal With Insurer

Todd Foster, correspondent A Texas state lawmaker said last week that he intends to introduce legislation next year that will terminate a controversial deal in which Texas Mutual Insurance pays the Travis County District Attorney’s Office to prosecute workers’ compensation fraud cases.
