A 130-page bill filed this week by an Republican lawmaker proposes exempting certain workers' compensation paperwork from Freedom of Information Act Requests, codifying a portion of the coming-and-going rule, classifying hip and shoulder injuries as scheduled injuries, and creating a drug formulary.  House Republican Leader Jim Durkin of Western Springs filed HB 4068 on Wednesday.
