3rd DCA Gets Request for Publication of Decision in IMR Deadlines

The 3rd District Court of Appeal is being asked to order publication of its decision from earlier this month on the validity of untimely issued independent medical review determinations. Labor Code Section 4610.6(d) expressly provides that an IMR decision "shall" be issued within 30 days of the date that the IMR reviewer gets a request for review, as well as all the supporting documentation.
