Landscaper to Pay $22,125 Restitution for Double Dipping

An Ohio landscaper will pay $22,125.60 restitution to the Bureau of Workers' Compensation after pleading guilty to one misdemeanor count of workers' compensation fraud, the BWC's Special Investigations Department said.
