A federal trial judge in Colorado has ruled that the government violated the Freedom of Information Act by failing to fully release information related to referee physicians and claimants involved in workers' compensation cases.
Blake Brown, Dean Biggs, Jacqueline DeHerrera, Ruth Ann Head, Marlene Mason, Roxanne S.
