The Idaho Industrial Commission will hold public meetings over the next two months as part of an informal, negotiated rule-making process to review regulations governing benefit payment and calculation, attorney fees and electronic filing.
The commission uses the negotiated rule-making process to hash out differences between system users on proposed regulatory changes. If the commission determines negotiated rule-making is not feasible for a particular issue, it can proceed directly to formal rule-making.
