Catching up on some unfinished business, the Texas Division of Workers’ Compensation has repealed a regulation addressing fees charged for copies of public information that became out of date 13 years ago.
The division repealed Texas Administrative Code Section 108.1, as it proposed in May, according to a notice in Friday’s Texas Register. The two people who made comments on the proposed rule both supported it, the division said in the notice.
