The chances of Gov. Andrew Cuomo resurrecting the workers’ compensation reforms he wanted but the legislature shot down this week don’t have a chance, an official at the Business Council of New York said Friday.
“I would not hold my breath,” said Lev Ginsburg, director of government affairs for the council.
Ginsburg may be right that there’s no second chance, but at least one labor union is not taking any chances that Cuomo’s reforms might somehow come back to life in Albany.
