Justice Dept.: Pain Management Clinic Owner's Nephew Was Part of Medicare Fraud Scheme

Federal prosecutors indicted a New England pain management clinic owner's nephew for his role in a Medicare scam that involved directing workers in Egypt to falsify medical records. An indictment filed in the U.S. District Court in Boston on Tuesday accuses Moustafa Moataz Aboshady, 33, of billing for unperformed medical services while he completed a residency at New England Pain Associates.
