Rate Calculation Program for 2013 Now Available

The Michigan Workers' Compensation Agency has announced that "Version 14" of its calculation program which includes rates for the year 2013 is now available.The agency says "the Legislature has made statutory changes affecting dates of injury on or after Dec. 19, 2011.""The 2013 calculation program includes a new tab to provide calculation capability to deal with Post Injury Wage Earning Capacity," the agency says.
