Florida may give one more chance to employers with a history of falling behind on workers’ compensation premium payments.
The Florida Division of Workers’ Compensation is considering a rule change that would allow the Department of Financial Services, its parent agency, to rescind a stop-work order three times. Currently, DFS may rescind such orders twice.
