Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin has reappointed one administrative law judge in the Department of Workers’ Claims, but reportedly declined to reappoint three others.
Bevin reappointed Jane Rice Williams as an administrative law judge for a term ending July 14, 2020, the governor’s office announced.
The governor declined to reappoint judges Thomas Polites, Steven Bolton or Otto Daniel Wolff, said Lexington attorney Marcus Roland in his “Ouch” blog on Friday.
