Oil Field Operator Wasn't Entitled to Defense and Indemnity From Contractor

A Texas appellate court ruled that the terms of a service agreement between an oil field operator and a pumping company did not entitle the operator to a defense and indemnity after three injured employees of the pumping company sued the operator in a Louisiana state court.
