The Division of Workers’ Compensation will accept public comments about whether the price of copying documents should be removed from the division’s purview.
It’s a housekeeping move, because the state law now places document and copying charges under the state attorney general’s control. The Division of Workers’ Compensation proposes to repeal its rules governing the charges because they are outdated, according to a bulletin from the division.
