Senate, Assembly Committees Schedule Joint Hearing on Formulary

The Assembly Insurance and Senate Labor and Industrial Relations committees are holding a joint hearing in March to discuss implementation of the workers' compensation formulary. Gov. Jerry Brown last year signed into law Assembly Bill 1124, requiring the Division of Workers' Compensation to implement a prescription drug formulary by July 1, 2017.  The joint committee hearing is March 2 at 10 a.m. in room 437 of the Capitol.
