Owners of Tree Company Charged With Fraud After Accident

The owners of a tree trimming company in Minnesota are facing charges after a near-fatal accident resulted in allegations of premium fraud as well as underreporting payroll to reduce benefits paid to the worker who almost died. Hennepin County Attorney Mike Freeman on Friday announced Jerry Gould, 65, and Lorraine Gould, 62, were both charged with one count of insurance fraud and one count of theft by swindle.
