State Hires Law Firm to Sue Drug Companies Over Opioid Crisis

The national law firm of Morgan & Morgan has been selected to lead the litigation against opioid manufacturers, distributors, dispensers and any groups that allegedly contributed to the opioid crisis in Kentucky. Kentucky Attorney General Andy Beshear selected Morgan & Morgan in a request for proposal process that required previous litigation experience against McKesson Corp., the nation’s largest prescription drug distributor, the firm says in a press release.
