Postal Worker Allegedly Raced Motorcycles While Collecting Benefits

A postal worker accused of racing motorcycles while collecting almost $94,000 in workers’ comp benefits is scheduled to go to trial Aug. 27 in U.S. District Court in Dayton. Jerry French, 40, is facing one count of false statements or fraud to obtain federal employees’ compensation benefits, WHIO-TV in in Dayton reported.
