A Binghampton, N.Y. woman must pay $60,362 in restitution and serve four months probation for making false statements to obtain workers' compensation benefits from the U.S. Postal Service, according to press reports.Susan Tansoch, 53, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Thomas McAvoy on Wednesday for making false statements to the U.S. Department of Labor, the Press & Sun-Bulletin newspaper reported.Prosecutors said she collected more than $60,000 in benefits while failing to report her income from selling goats.
