The implementation of a drug formulary has been extended to Jan. 1 from Sept. 1, pending legislative review, the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission said. The formulary will list U.S. Food and Drug Administration-approved medications and will apply to prescriptions for claims filed after Jan. 1.
