Agency Seeks Bills on Settlement Fees, Burial Expenses

Iowa Workforce Development plans to seek two bills on workers’ compensation issues in this year's legislative session, dealing with fees for cases that settle fewer than three days before a scheduled hearing and an increase in burial expenses.
