DWC Gives Up on New Reimbursement Manuals Until Next Year

With disagreements over medical fees on all fronts and time running out, the Florida Division of Workers' Compensation has decided to wait until next year to finalize reimbursement manuals for hospitals, doctors and ambulatory surgery centers. “Even assuming a best-case scenario, there is insufficient time remaining to adopt the 2018 Reimbursement Manuals.
