Two Business Owners Sentenced on Fraud Charges

Investigators with the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation secured the conviction of two business owners for workers' compensation fraud, the bureau said in a press release. Patrick H. Green of Columbus forged documents to make it appear his business, Pat’s Custom Painting, was current in its workers’ compensation insurance when the policy was lapsed, the bureau said.
