Washington’s labor agency is proposing $253,320 in fines against a Seattle manufacturer for numerous safety violations after a worker was burned by molten aluminum, and another suffered the amputation of several fingers.
The Department of Labor & Industries cited National Products Inc., which makes electronics mounting systems and other products, after three separate inspections this year.
