The Washington state Department of Labor & Industries is accepting applications from employers seeking grants to improve safety in the workplace.
The department said it will accept applications to its Safety and Health Investment Projects program through Oct. 31. The agency said it is seeking innovative ideas for training, equipment or strategies to prevent injuries.
