The Oregon Workers' Compensation Division will hold a public hearing next month on proposed changes to rules governing the medical fee schedule, managed care organizations and medical payments.
Updates to the fee schedule are expected to increase payments to ambulatory surgical centers by about $277,000 per year, and to suppliers of durable medical equipment, prosthetics, orthotics and related goods by about $130,000 per year, the division predicts.
The new fee schedule also ups interpreters' hourly rate from a maximum of $60 per hour to a maximum of $70 per hour.
