The Colorado Workers’ Compensation Division is holding a hearing in December on proposed revisions to the cumulative trauma section of its medical treatment guidelines.
The division is proposing to repeal the entire current section covering cumulative trauma conditions and insert all new language. Because of this, the division said in a rule-making notice that it can’t prepare a draft underlining what is and isn’t being changed.
