Former City Worker Charged with Comp Fraud

A former employee of the Department of Public Works in Plymouth, Conn., was arrested on Tuesday on a warrant charging him with workers' compensation fraud, The Bristol Press reported.Inspectors for the Workers' Compensation Fraud Control Bureau charged Randy Baribault, 54, of Oakville, Conn., with workers' compensation fraud and perjury.Baribault went to work for the city Highway Department on June 16, 2008, and was terminated from his city job on Jan. 8, Plymouth Mayor Vincent Festa told the newspaper."Right now it’s under investigation, but there is a question of workers...
