Ohio workers' compensation regulators made two bold moves last week that have left employers smiling, and claimants' advocates hoping that the news will translate into fewer restrictions on benefits for injured workers. The Bureau of Workers' Compensation's governing board on Friday approved a 20% reduction in the average premium rate for private employers, the largest decrease in 60 years for the state-run insurance system.
