DWC Proposing New Reimbursement Dispute and Utilization Rules

The Florida Division of Workers’ Compensation has called an Aug. 15 public hearing to take comments on proposed rule changes that would alter the process for resolving utilization and reimbursement disputes. The proposed changes to Florida Administrative Code 69L-31 would simplify requirements for submitting reimbursement disputes for resolution by the division.
