A roofing contractor in Appleton, Wisconsin, is facing proposed federal penalties of $120,320 after allegedly failing to provide adequate fall protection to workers.
Hector Hernandez, who operates Town City Construction, was cited last month by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
