High Court Declines Jurisdiction Over Constitutional Challenge to TTD Cap, Subrogation Dispute

The Oklahoma Supreme Court has declined an opportunity to review a dispute involving subrogation issues and a challenge to the constitutionality of the state’s cap on temporary total disability benefits.
