More than a dozen volunteers from Kentucky Employers Mutual Insurance helped an elementary school get ready for the coming year and reminded staffers at the school to be mindful of safety considerations, according to kyforward.com.
The volunteers from KEMI spent about four hours helping staff at Dixie Magnet Elementary in Lexington by providing help with such tasks as putting up posters and bulletin boards, laminating classroom materials and stuffing envelopes.
