Advisory Committee Bill Would Tap Retired Judges for Appeals

Legislation proposed by Minnesota’s Workers’ Compensation Advisory council would allow the appointment of retired judges to hear workers' comp appeals if there aren’t enough sitting appellate court judges.  Sen.
