Trucking Company Owner and Driver Charged with Workers' Compensation Fraud

The owner of a Queens trucking company and one of his employees have been charged with falsifying documents that allegedly led to more than $216,000 in workers’ compensation fraud against the New York State Insurance Fund, the state’s largest workers’ comp insurer says.
