A Colorado man who pleaded guilty to defrauding the government out of more than $3.5 million from a program paying in benefits to nuclear workers was sentenced to four years in federal prison, the U.S. Attorney's Office in Denver announced.Anthony Breaux in October 2009 created Honor-Bound Healthcare Providers, a Colorado corporation providing home health care services to patients in Colorado, Oregon, Arizona and other states.
