The Pennsylvania House of Representatives on Monday voted 101-92 to approve a bill that would mandate adoption of a drug formulary, reviving the measure after it failed in a tie vote on Feb. 6.
The Senate approved the bill last October, so Senate Bill 936 by Sen. Donald C. White, R-Indiana, now goes to Gov. Tom Wolf.
