Commercial Bakery Faces $123K in OSHA Fines

A commercial bakery in Bellevue, Nebraska, is facing proposed penalties of $122,625 from the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration for allegedly exposing workers to unguarded machinery and electrical hazards. Bimbo Bakeries USA was issued citations for three repeat and three serious violations on Nov. 1. The company has 15 business days to contest the citations.
