Amputation Hazards Bring $83K in OSHA Fines

A Green Bay, Wisconsin packaging company faces $83,025 in fines by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration for failing to install guards and use recommended safety procedures to protect workers from amputation hazards.
