The Missouri Senate gave final approval Thursday to a Senate measure to prohibit employees covered by workers' compensation from suing coworkers for on-the-job injuries and to bring coverage for occupational diseases back under the workers' compensation system.Senate Bill 8 by Sen. Jack Goodman, R-Mount Vernon, passed 29-3 with no debate.
