DWC Sends Notice of Emergency Voucher Regulations

The California Division of Workers’ Compensation has issued a notice of emergency regulatory action to implement temporary rules that change the amount of vocational retraining vouchers and the time frame for delivering the benefit, as required by Senate Bill 863.The division published its notice on Friday, and said it will file emergency regulations with the Office of Administrative Law on Dec. 14.
